After we buy a motorhome for the lot, we always conduct a thorough check-up of the unit's systems. We make sure all the appliances work properly, and the chassis is in good running order. Many times we have to perform a complete tune-up on the engine before we put the unit up for sale. Then we tackle the roof, windows and seems. If needed old caulking is removed and new is put on. (NO LEAKS)
